Jeff Rosenfeld

Jeff
Rosenfeld, founder of Force One Entertainment NY/LA,
has dedicated 26 years providing analysis, guidance and opportunity to so many. Through his career counseling and life-coaching, he is dramatically changing lives.

In his own words, “It is a lot of self-revelation; I try to act as the catalyst to help people discover where they need to head in their career, which affects their lives on a broader scale; we open up, we talk real! Then I focus on the interview process; the questions, the answers, then the rehearsal for the performance so it’s smooth and natural. You want to come across thoughtful and confident.  No matter what your personal circumstances, everyone wants a winner.”

Jeff Rosenfeld has successfully counseled thousands of individuals while helping to staff many influential entertainment organizations, non-profits, companies in health/nutrition, the sciences, education and beyond.  He began working with Miramax in 1986 and later was instrumental in their transition to the Weinstein Company.  He was called upon to help DreamWorks SKG open their New York office, and his work has been critical to the staffing of Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company, Focus Features, King World/CBS, HBO, Fox Broadcasting among many others.  Comedy Central sought his counsel only days after they launched. In addition to his corporate work, he is a master at navigating the complexities of staffing for his many high profile celebrity clients.

After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, he received a full academic scholarship to return, working towards his Masters in Sociology and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in Minnesota.

Mr. Rosenfeld has deep roots in the entertainment world, as he began performing on stage and television at an early age.  During law school, he and his brothers Ricky and Gary formed Independent Artists Records, and Moroz Three Publishing, in order to advance their careers as singer-songwriters.  Upon graduation from law school, he returned to New York, where he and his brothers were signed to CBS/Epic/Portrait. Their song, “Summer Love,” received a Pick in Billboard Magazine and hit the Radio and Record charts.
